Hybrid - 2 days pw onsite

£500-£550 a day Outside IR35

Experience Required

Proven experience in business analysis gained within the insurance/financial services industry, working with highly transactional digital platforms

Experience in defining APIs and technical business processes

Detailed understanding of API design principles and exposure to associated technologies.

Working knowledge of API management tools, middleware (Mulesoft), and integration platforms

Have an appreciation and understanding of API design standards and technologies

(e.g. JSON, XML, Swagger, RAML). Hands-on coding experience is not required.

Ability to utilise API testing tools such as Postman and SOAPUI to ensure solution integrity

Ability to break down high-level business requirements into epics and user stories (BDD & TDD).

Ability to capture, analyse, and elicit business requirements to create detailed technical business processes.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and

maintain a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.

Experience of leading BA delivery on complex projects or programmes circa £1m budget

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including both technical and

non-technical stakeholders, end clients and external suppliers

Ability to work within high-performing virtual teams
