Join a leading UK-based IT Solutions and Consultancy as a Business Analyst within a high-performing product and engineering environment. This is a hybrid role (mostly remote, 1 day in London for collaboration) where you'll shape how modern digital products are defined, delivered, and improved.

The Opportunity:
You'll work at the heart of a Software product-focused delivery team, turning business problems into clear, actionable, and testable requirements that enable teams to build the right solutions. The role blends analysis, collaboration, and hands-on validation to ensure every feature delivers real business value.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand problems, user needs, and desired outcomes
  • Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering to ensure shared understanding
  • Drive backlog quality, refinement, and prioritisation
  • Support QA with test scenarios and coverage
  • Lead and coordinate UAT, ensuring readiness for release
  • Validate delivered features, identify gaps, and manage risks early
  • Use modern tools-including AI-assisted analysis-to improve documentation and delivery
  • Champion consistency, standards, and continuous improvement across teams
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or product-led environments
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to turn complex or ambiguous needs into structured, testable requirements
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, discussions, and refinement sessions
  • Hands-on involvement in testing, UAT, and validation
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and traceability
  • (Highly Desirable) Experience or understanding of AI technologies/products
