We are looking for a Business Analyst

Main Tasks:

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to collect, clarify and formalize business requirements, converting them into user stories.
• Produce functional documentation such as procedures, user guides, data dictionaries and database descriptions.
• Analyse existing data structures and contribute to data modelling, bringing a functional/business perspective.
• Support the evolution of the data ecosystem, including follow up of new versions and the phasing out/decommissioning of legacy views.
• Define the testing strategy, prepare test cases, conduct functional tests and coordinate user validation phases.
• Execute double run testing when required to compare new vs. existing outputs.
• Provide training, guidance and continuous support to end users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help drive change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Your Profile and Skills

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, working on data driven transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to gather, translate and structure business requirements, turning them into clear and actionable user stories.
• Good understanding of data ecosystems, data quality, referential management, and process optimization.
• Comfortable analysing existing data sources, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing improvements to enhance accuracy and reporting reliability.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and ALM Octane for requirement tracking and project documentation.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Dataiku or Alteryx, plus strong Excel skills.
• Strong communication and change management mindset, able to support users and explain functional impacts clearly.
• Fluent in English, with basic notions of French.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and strong collaboration skills.
• Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
