Business Analyst

Asenium is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with an IT and ERP systems background to support one of our key projects in Portugal.

Location: Remote from Portugal

Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects, ERP consultants)
• Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflows
• Support testing, training, and documentation processes

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis
• Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN
• Experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation
• Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus
