Business Analyst - Children's Services Transformation

Daily Rate: £450 per day via Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Length: 2-3 Month Contract Potential Extension

Working Pattern: Full time, Hybrid

This is a business change role, focused on implementing a new operating model by reviewing and redesigning operational processes. It's not an IT systems implementation role.

The successful candidates will work closely with service teams to map current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape future ways of working across Children's Services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process mapping and documenting current and future-state processes
• Identifying gaps, duplication, and opportunities for improvement
• Producing operational documentation and recommendations
• Supporting the implementation of a new operating model
• Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating workshops

Required Experienced

• Children's Services, Social Care, or SEND
• Local Government or the wider Public Sector
• Service improvement, process redesign, and business change
• Lean, Agile, Service Design, or similar methodologies

This is an immediate requirement, initially for 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidates.
