About The RoleAs an Associate Business Analyst at Equus Software, you will be part of the Global Client Success team. Your role focuses on providing innovative solutions and solving problems to meet clients' technical requirements, working collaboratively with your team. You will support a team of business and senior business analysts by assisting in onboarding clients to the Equus Workforce Solutions platform, which involves ongoing technical configuration, troubleshooting, issue replication, testing system upgrades, and staying current on application enhancements.

This position will be on a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities- Effectively problem-solve issues, partnering with your team for support when needed.
- Organize client technical information during meetings by taking detailed notes and specifications.
- Perform requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Assist in preparing client webinars, conferences, demos, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Write test plans and test cases based on client build documents for quality assurance and user acceptance testing, including conducting QA and reporting results.
- Gain exposure to Equus products and client projects through hands-on assignments.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in a quarterly live chat rotation to provide online support to clients.
- Attend team standups and meetings.
- Participate in client working sessions and internal initiatives.
- Research the global mobility and software industries to apply knowledge to daily activities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited university.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to handle data-intensive and time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with organizational abilities to interact effectively at all levels.
- Quick understanding of client needs and technical expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines through strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive team-oriented attitude.
- Desired: Technical background with understanding or experience in software development and/or web technology.
- Required: Experience with multiple software and system applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Desired: Advanced Excel skills.
- Desired: Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira.
- Familiarity with Slack, ClickTime, Kantata, 15five, KnowBe4.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
