Band 3 Administrator Staff Flu Vaccination Campaign (Fixed-Term Contract)

Join our Staff Flu Vaccination Team and help support the successful delivery of this year's flu vaccination campaign.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Band 3 Administrator to join our Occupational Health team on a fixed-term contract from mid-September to mid-December.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important staff wellbeing programme by providing administrative support throughout the Trust's annual flu vaccination campaign.

About You

You will:

  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Be confident managing email enquiries and administrative processes.
  • Have good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

Main duties of the job
  • Monitor and respond to email enquiries relating to the flu vaccination programme.
  • Signpost clinical queries to the appropriate clinical lead.
  • Support data collection, reporting and record management.
  • Assist with clinic administration and campaign communications.
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth and effective delivery of the flu campaign.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • GCSE English and Maths level 4/C or above, or a good standard of general education
  • RSA 3 Typing or Equivalent
  • Business and Admin NVQ Level 3 equivalent
  • I.T skills and knowledge
Experience
  • Experience of administrative work
  • Experience of maintaining filing systems and collating information
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience of dealing with the public
  • Proven experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience of working in a changing environment and the ability to amend and introduce new systems of working
