Location: Leith, Edinburgh

Hours: Full time

Salary: £33,155 - £38,316

Contract: Permanent

Job Description

The Service in Edinburgh is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Administration Manager who is motivated to work as part of our thriving and diverse team.

Your ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential. Along with your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of working in a proactive and flexible way you will support our team in delivering the highest standard of Care and Support in our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service.

Our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service provides Housing Support to people who are at risk of becoming homeless, who are homeless or who have recently experienced homelessness to move to or keep settled accommodation and gain independent living skills. The support we provide is always person centred, involving people who know the person well, including family and friends, other health and social work professionals, advocacy services and our own staff members.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Work independently to manage a busy administration schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records and data for the Service.
  • Coordinate appointments and support activities.
  • Assist the team in delivering high quality Care and Support.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • IT skills required for all vacancies.
  • Successful candidates must register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
