We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our training department in BROMSGROVE If you are looking to start a career with a progressive and growing company then this role could be for you.

The successful applicant would be working alongside the busy training team.

Daily responsibilities could involve

Day to day involvement in our training operation, supporting the training & instructor team

Communicating with Customers

Dealing with all training & accounts processes including hire contracts, data collection, updating our CRM systems, credits, spreadsheets.

Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs

Ensuring postal documentation is sent out.
