Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for your next contract within the public sector? We're working with a proactive Local Council in Warwickshire seeking a skilled professional to support a range of property-related workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Pre-Planned Inspections across the council's property portfolio
• Managing and delivering Aids and Adaptations projects
• Supporting various contractual and compliance-based workstreams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building surveying within a local authority or similar environment
• Strong understanding of housing adaptations and property inspections
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
