Flexibility: 3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 base salary (experience dependent)

You'll have structured APC support , regular check-ins with the MD, and hands-on guidance from chartered professionals.

We don't hide behind titles or hierarchy. You'll be heard-and you'll be visible.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years' Building Surveying experience
• Strong Contract Administration & project delivery skills
• Confident communicator
• Self-starter with strong technical skills and commercial acumen
• Public sector or consultancy experience considered
