Role: Building Surveyor

Client: Multidisciplinary Global Agency

Essentials: 3+ years of Building Surveying experience; Registered Building Surveyor (ideally chartered), experience overseeing contractors across commercial fit-outs and refurbishments, Full Driver's License & Personal Vehicle

Location: Central Dublin Office

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

Reporting to: Building Consultancy Department Head

An exciting role awaits an experienced Building Surveyor within a dynamic and growing team. The organisation is renowned for its multidisciplinary approach, offering a broad range of consultancy services to a diverse clientele including landlords, tenants, funds, developers, and private clients. • Undertake Technical Due Diligence inspections and surveys.
• Deliver transaction-led surveys, including pre-acquisition and vendor reports.
• Conduct building fabric condition and defect analysis surveys.
• Complete stock condition surveys across estate portfolios.
• Manage the Dilapidations process for both Landlords and Tenants.
• Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects on behalf of clients.
