Salary: £48,738 - £50,908
Permanent Full-time Hybrid - Ipswich (2 days on site)

We're looking for an experienced Building Surveying Manager to lead a team of surveying professionals and support the delivery of maintenance and major capital improvement programmes across a large housing portfolio.

The role will involve managing complex building projects, planned and responsive maintenance programmes, contractors, budgets and procurement activity, while ensuring work meets relevant building regulations, health & safety requirements and quality standards. Job Description and Person Spec What we're looking for:

• Building-related BSc or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong building surveying and project management experience
• Previous staff supervision/management experience
• Knowledge of building, H&S and relevant legislation
• Minimum IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
• Local Authority or social housing experience is desirable
