Building Surveying Graduate Programme

You'll work at the heart of the UK property market, completing four 6-month rotations, and gaining a vast array of expertise on a diverse range of projects. Whether it's industrial, retail, leisure, or healthcare spaces, you'll be exposed to an extended portfolio of clients, customers, and properties - and get an invaluable head start into a career in Building Surveying, Project Management and Cost Consultancy.

You'll liaise directly with clients, developing your network across the sector, and handling the day-to-day challenges of the role. You'll get the opportunity to build experience across building surveying, project management and cost consultancy, giving you varied and in-depth exposure to all aspects of the industry. With a passion for property, and the ambition to become an expert in the property sector, you'll have a 2.1 degree in any subject, and will have achieved, or be working towards, RICS membership. You'll be a true team player, ready to get stuck in and learn from our experienced team of Chartered Surveyors.
