The Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Building Control team as a Casual Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with building regulations and delivering high-quality services to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Building Control team in managing day-to-day operations.
• Provide expert advice on building regulations, safety standards, and compliance.
• Oversee inspections and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with developers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
• Provide supervision.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent customer service standards.

About You

• Proven experience in Building Control management and minimum Registration Class A, B, D.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
