Brokerage Support Officer, Lambeth

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brokerage Support Officer to join our team. The role involves assisting with and supporting the purchase of care services for service users, including domiciliary care, residential and nursing care, day care, transport, extra care, supported living, and direct payments. The successful candidate will handle purchasing a range of social care services covering adult services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and monitor all new and existing direct payments for all client groups.
  2. Ensure funds are used appropriately.
  3. Utilize IT skills, preferably with experience in Mosaic, including raising purchase orders.
  4. Work effectively in a fast-paced, busy team environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in Mosaic preferred.
  • Experience working in a busy team environment.
Compensation

£29.72 per hour
