Location: Dublin (also available in Limerick, Bandon, Kildare, Sligo, Donegal, Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary, Tullamore, Galway)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales Focused: Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
• Customer Service & Retention: Provide excellent customer service, manage sales, and retain clients within personal lines insurance.
• Administration: Perform office tasks, maintain communication and organisation, and handle administrative duties efficiently.
• Process amendments and cross sell/up sell across all product lines.
• Support existing customers in renewing policies and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

• APA qualification in Insurance (not Finance).
• Experience in insurance renewals or personal lines insurance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment after training.
