We are working with a growing brokerage looking for an ambitious Bridging & Development Finance Broker to join the team.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role. As a Bridging and development Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging bridging and development finance solutions for property investors and developers.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing client needs
• Sourcing suitable lending solutions
• Liaising with lenders and stakeholders
• Ensuring a seamless and professional service

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage Lending
• Proficient knowledge of Mortgages and Finance concepts
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering top-quality experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and partner engagement
• Previous experience in property finance or a related field is highly advantageous
• Understanding of regulatory compliance within the mortgage and property finance industry
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or mortgages CeMAP or equivalent.
