At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results driven environment

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer facing role
• A target driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A naturally empathetic and customer focused approach
• Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• £12.71 per hour
• Uncapped commission - earn more based on your performance
