This short placement gives you insight into a future career in the Creative Industry, supporting your confidence and professionalism in the workplace, and helping you to break through into a career that matters to you.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Admin Manager with regular administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day to day running of our award winning dance company, and facilitate efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting Access to Work claims
• Researching and booking travel and accommodation for national and international tours, with clear info sheets for every trip
• Inputting data across platforms including Illuminate and Julie's Bicycle, keeping our reporting accurate
• Sourcing and booking accessible rehearsal and meeting spaces
• Supporting company logistics, including preparation for internal events
• Being the first point of contact for external enquiries via our company inbox
• General office management
• Supporting as an access worker at our youth company dance classes for disabled young people

Additional Details

• Hours: 25 hours per week
• Location: Farnham, Surrey. Some remote working may be available
