Responsibilities

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/lounge and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
• Deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
• Be able to start early in the morning at around 5:30/6 am on a rota basis
