Rate of Pay / Hours: £14.80 per hour including Tronc / 20 hours per week

Hotel Du Vin is looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals who want to work in a busy Food and Beverage environment. As a Breakfast Waiter you will be the first person our Guests see in the morning.

You will work set shifts 6:30-3 or 7:30-4 and look after breakfast service and brunch.

• Serve breakfast and brunch to guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Act as the face of the restaurant and help control the flow of guests.
• Ensure effective communication between the Kitchen and the F&B Manager for smooth service.
• Deliver the brand standards on a daily basis, strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be people-focused, organized, and enthusiastic in all interactions.
