A leading Manchester HDR firm is looking to recruit a Breach of Contract Solicitor to join its growing disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-regarded practice specialising in HDR-related claims, supporting clients in complex contractual disputes.

The RoleYou will handle a varied caseload of breach of contract matters linked to HDR claims, advising clients where contractual obligations intersect with HDR disputes. The role will involve working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver strategic advice and strong litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of breach of contract claims aligned with HDR matters

• Advising clients on contractual rights, obligations, and dispute resolution strategies

• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence

• Assisting with negotiations, settlement discussions, and litigation proceedings

• Working collaboratively with the wider HDR team on complex cases

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• Experience handling breach of contract disputes

• Experience in HDR claims would be highly desirable

• Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider disputes team
