About the Role Account Management - Brand Specialist

As a Brand Specialist within the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and execute strategies for managing Amazon AVS vendors. You will work closely with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and be responsible for all aspects of the vendors' business with Amazon.

You will engage with multiple internal teams to optimize the product lines for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon. Your role will involve skills across site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing to drive performance of strategic vendor partners. The focus will be on operational management of customer relationships with vendors.

You will conceive, create, and analyze marketing campaigns to grow vendor traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue. Additionally, you will analyze operational aspects of the vendors' business, identify issues and opportunities, and develop solutions.

Work timings are aligned with EU shift hours: 12:00 pm IST to 9:00 pm IST.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
  2. Collaborate with the Retail Category Team to build effective communication channels, set expectations, and manage growth plans.
  3. Develop and execute joint business plans targeting key opportunities and KPIs.
  4. Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
  5. Measure success through vendor performance metrics and customer experience impact.
  6. Conduct regular business review meetings with vendors, analyze performance, and develop action plans.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum B2.2 level Spanish Language Certification is mandatory; C1 preferred.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in account management, project/program management, buying, or operations roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
  • Reiteration of B2.2 Spanish certification and C1 proficiency.
