Brand Partnerships Manager

This role is based in London within the Disney Advertising Sales team and is pivotal in driving revenue for the National Geographic business. As a Sales Manager, you will expand advertising investments from agencies, clients, and Disney brand partners by leveraging expertise across media platforms including TV, digital, social, and print.
The role involves leading discussions on NatGeo brand partnership sales across UK and international markets, managing media partner relationships, and overseeing campaign execution from pitch to delivery. Collaboration with internal teams-Creative, Operations, Editorial, Finance, and Accounting-and coordination with international colleagues and reps are essential to meet revenue goals.
The Sales Manager will focus on pan-regional advertising and content partnership revenue across Digital, Social, Print, TV, and Streaming platforms, emphasizing new business development, client relations, and high-quality campaign delivery across markets.
This is an office-based role with 4 days in the Hammersmith, London office, and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving advertising revenue for National Geographic Media, including Disney+ and HULU, across all platforms
- Managing revenue for AV, digital, and social channels through stakeholder engagement
- Managing sales within assigned categories to maximize opportunities
- Providing revenue forecasts and reports
- Developing pitches for senior agency contacts
- Monitoring market trends to refine sales strategies
- Collaborating across business lines to identify new clients and align opportunities
- Partnering with internal teams to execute campaigns and build client relationships
- Generating revenue through proactive sales and bespoke partnerships
- Leading business development and pipeline management
- Representing National Geographic and Disney Advertising in client meetings across EMEA and beyond
- Managing relationships with key agencies and brand partners
- Supporting international sales teams and reps
- Overseeing the full sales cycle from pitch to campaign delivery
- Supporting the Partnerships Director on key campaigns
- Collaborating with regional sales leads for global account management
- Partnering with Disney Advertising to introduce Disney+ ad offerings
- Maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts
- Promoting the National Geographic brand at industry events
Candidate Requirements:
- Manager-level experience
- Experience with clients and agencies
- Proven success in digital campaigns and partnerships
- Strong knowledge of multimedia platforms including digital, social, TV, and print
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of digital and social media buying and planning
- Minimum of 5 years in digital media sales or partnerships
