Brand Manager - Global Dairy Brand


Location: South - East England (2 days a week in the office)


  • £60,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
  • Bonus - Up to 12%

ROLE OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a Brand Manager with a creative brand background to report to the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to truly influence, shape, and execute the simply outstanding brand strategy in the UK.


This is a highly complex role which includes working closely with manufacturing, supply, eCommerce, PR & agency as well as managing the communications plan with the global team.


You will also


  • Execute the brand portfolio vision, strategy, and plan
  • Take ownership of Brand and Portfolio Management, including full P&L and Marketing Budget ownership
  • Work on ATL & BTL campaigns, particularly within large retail customers including grocery, high street & eCommerce.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with internal and external teams to lead, inspire, and influence key project teams and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in developing and creating strong relationships with agencies, specifically ATL, design, BTL, and PR agencies.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Be creative, strategic, passionate, and excited about brands, people & marketing
  • You must come from a branded FMCG marketing background within the UK
  • You will need end-to-end full mix marketing experience, including long-term Strategic and annual Brand Planning
  • Be a positive, forward, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and looking to make a difference!
  • Be commercially minded with the ability to successfully prioritise workload
  • Be able to make recommendations and inspire and influence upward
  • Be able to demonstrate examples of working cross-functionally with strong examples of cross-market media strategic planning.
