Position

Brand Home Host - Summer 2026, Fixed Term Contract (3 5 months) - The Glenlivet Distillery, Speyside, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand storyteller and ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors during distillery tours and tastings.
• Manage ticketing, bottle sales, and guide visitors through the shop and visitor centre.
• Promote brand advocacy to trade and public visitors, aligning with the distillery's vision.
• Work independently and within a team to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Handle cash and sales transactions in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Self motivated with a flexible, proactive working style.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of a range of whisky brands and strategic markets is desirable.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
