Branch Manager (m/f/d) Great Britain
Your responsibilities:
Personnel and organisational development of the branch in the United Kingdom
Operational management of all administrative processes on site
Contact with local authorities
Ensuring compliance with legal, commercial and safety requirements
Development and implementation of business development strategies
Commercial management
Building, leading, motivating and developing the local team
Collaborating with headquarters and other branches to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Building a sustainable network within the industry and with partners
Your profile:
British citizen, registered in the United Kingdom (place of residence flexible, no daily presence on construction sites required)
Several years of management responsibility in a branch office or comparable position
Business administration degree or similar qualification
Affinity for construction and technical understanding
Independent, self-motivated way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
Very good written and spoken English
Organisational talent, strategic thinking and commercial know-how
Flexibility, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
