Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the performance and growth of the Rugby branch
• Managing and developing a team of consultants and resourcers
• Driving new business across Industrial sectors (warehouse, logistics, manufacturing)
• Growing existing client accounts and increasing branch revenue
• Leading from the front with your own billing activity
• Setting KPIs, coaching, and creating a high-performance culture

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Industrial recruitment (temp preferred)
• Leadership experience OR a strong Senior Consultant ready to step up
• Consistent billing track record
• Commercially driven with strong business development skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and grow a successful team
