This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a successful branch with a strong reputation.

The role as Branch Manager involves leading dynamic industrial and driving teams, ensuring high performance, strong client relationships, and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team
  • Oversee day to day branch operations and ensure service excellence
  • Manage and grow key client relationships
  • Drive revenue, performance targets, and strategic growth
  • Maintain high standards across multiple recruitment sectors

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven management experience managing Full UK driving licence
  • Strong recruitment industry experience, ideally within temporary recruitment market
  • Background in industrial and/or driving recruitment markets preferred
  • Demonstrated sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
