A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Branch Manager with a vibrant, longstanding and established Estate Agency based in Hackney, E9. The company is well established by a team of experienced professionals with a strong background in sales, lettings, and property management across East and North-East London. They are committed to offering a service that is honest, trustworthy, and rooted in integrity.

As a Branch Manager, it is vital you are comfortable with and have an understanding of Brand Awareness, Marketing and Business Generation and a good knowledge of both Sales and Lettings.

Responsibilities

• Leading a busy team of four negotiators
• Management of the branch's Sales and Lettings operations
• Carrying out sales and lettings valuations
• Uploading new properties and maintaining the marketing database
• Providing Landlords and Vendors with regular marketing feedback
• Negotiating sales and lettings offers
• Handling sales progression

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3 years experience at Management level
• Experienced in Residential Sales
• Must be confident and articulate
• Used to working at the upper end of the market
• Influential and motivational
• Creative and consultative
• Real drive and ambition
• Stable career path
• Must be driven and new business focused
• Clean licence

Hours & Salary

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum with an OTE of around £50,000-£60,000 per annum
