Alongside team leadership, the Branch Director will take ownership of a large commercial portfolio, focusing on retention, development, and new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and key stakeholders.

This role is suited to a proven commercial insurance leader with experience managing a substantial book of business and a demonstrable track record of leading and developing teams. You will be commercially driven, technically strong, and confident in your ability to influence performance, mentor colleagues, and represent the business locally.
