Branch Customer Experience Specialist - Part Time

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Nottingham 36 CS Branch. The role is 21 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm. You will greet customers, help with transactions, support technology use, and protect customers from fraud in a multi-skilled, supportive team environment.

You'll build relationships, develop product knowledge, and continually seek ways to improve the customer experience in a fast-paced branch setting.
