Branch Banking Customer Experience Advisor

Santander Group in King's Lynn is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Branch Banking team on a 12 Month FTC. You will support customers face-to-face, on the phone, and via video, helping them use digital banking and select appropriate products and services.

You will resolve queries, build lasting relationships, and promote convenient self-service options. The role offers a starting salary of £25,638, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.
