About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique in Dublin. The successful candidate will contribute to the growing success of the brand by ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service.

Your Impact

Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and the excellent delivery of all boutique performance elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service oriented sales.
• Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Your Ingredients for Success

To be successful in this role you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to rapidly build strong working relationships with your customer base and provide support where needed.
