Bookings Administrator Wolverhampton Hospital Bookings Administrator Fixed Term 12 Month Contract Full Time £25,038 per annum 37.5 hours per week

As a Bookings Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently processing booking forms and administering calls and emails whilst prioritising patient experience and delivering clear communication.

As a Booking Administrator, you will:

  • Process booking forms received by e-mail. Obtaining relevant information from the patient, Consultant or Medical Secretary.
  • Making/receiving phone calls to patients
  • Establishing stakeholder relationships including consultants and colleagues
  • Contributing and supporting the patient pathway, including booking pre-assessment appointments
  • Manage patient queries to support their journey through the hospital.
  • Dispatch communications (emails, letters) to relevant parties to ensure appointments are processed effectively and efficiently and within agreed specified timescales.
