Bone Health Pathway Coordinator

Nottingham CityCare Partnerships Bone Health Service is seeking a Band 4 Caseload Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 30 hours per week. The role is office-based at Bulwell Riverside, supporting osteoporosis care pathways for Nottingham CityCare service users.

The post involves coordinating referrals, appointments and tests, data entry and governance, plus liaising with clinicians, patients and external partners.
