Bodyshop Receptionist Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover) Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 Salary: £12.71 per hour

Holdcroft's busy Body Shop in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Front Desk Customer Service Administrator / Bodyshop Receptionist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our automotive services. As the front-line support, you will ensure every customer's journey is seamless and efficient while driving outstanding customer experiences and contributing to a thriving team.

Your role:

• Welcome Customers: Be the friendly face that greets customers, assists with all enquiries, schedules appointments, and provides essential service-related information

• Manage Repairs: Take the wheel in scheduling vehicle repairs, coordinating with technicians, efficiently allocating resources, and setting up job cards in a timely manner, always keeping the customer informed

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle details, and repair orders. Prepare and process invoices, estimates, and other related documents with precision

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments, such as parts and accounts, to streamline operations and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine

• Data Compliance: Comply with all company GDPR policies at all times when processing and handling sensitive customer data

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, a genuine passion for customer care, and strong communication skills

• Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively with a varied workload

• Is tech savvy with strong IT and computer literacy

• Has high attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

• Holds knowledge and understanding of working within the motor industry or a similar fast-paced environment would be an advantage

What we offer:

• Pay rate of £12.71 per hour

• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rota)
