Role Brief:
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Blue Prism Automation Developer to join our automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Blue Prism, with opportunities to integrate with Power Automate and APIs. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of their automations, delivering independently while collaborating with the Automation Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Integrate automations with Power Automate, RESTful APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Maintain documentation and support handover to operations.
• Report progress and blockers to the Automation Lead while owning delivery end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Blue Prism development (certification preferred).
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of automation delivery.
• Strong understanding of RPA life cycle, exception handling, and queue management.
• Experience with API integration and Power Automate (preferred).
• Background in mod/defence/government environments (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Blue Prism Developer Certification.
• Experience with secure environments and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
