Job Advert: Experienced Block Manager

Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hybrid: 2/3 days from home

About the Role:

• Portfolio: Manage 8 well-run sites (approx. 800 units), including converted warehouses, purpose-built blocks, and exciting high-end developments.
• Qualifications: Ideally already qualified, or happy to be supported through the TPI qualification.
• Remediation Work: Not required, but training and involvement are available if you're keen to learn.
• Transport: Driving preferred, but all sites are accessible via public transport.
