Business Testing & Validation Lead (GxP) - Contract - 12 months - Remote - Pharma - September Start

Our client are seeking an experienced Business Testing & Validation Lead to support quality and digital transformation programmes within a regulated Life Sciences environment.

This role will lead and coordinate business-side testing and validation activities across GxP-regulated systems, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, project teams, and compliance partners. You will drive UAT and business validation activities, ensuring testing is aligned to business requirements, project timelines, and deployment milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business testing and validation activities across multiple systems and projects.
• Coordinate UAT, business SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective testing outcomes.
• Work closely with CSV and compliance teams while maintaining clear business testing ownership.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect resolution, and readiness activities.
• Support validation of workflows, master data, and system integrations.
• Coordinate activities across global teams in Europe, India, and the US.
• Ensure testing aligns with configuration, integration, and deployment schedules.

Required Experience

• Strong experience within GxP-regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Background in Computer System Validation (CSV) with a business-focused approach.
• Experience as a Business Test Lead, UAT Lead, Business Validation Lead, or Test Coordinator.
• Solid understanding of GxP compliance, business testing, and validation processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and testing workstreams.
• Experience working on global transformation or system deployment programmes.
