Location: Birmingham (Bennett's Hill)

Salary: up to £14.90 Tips & Tronc Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full Time

As a Senior Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you are the heart of everything we do. You will work the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas under centre stage pressure.

Your day to day

• Stretch and create pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards
• Operate the oven with confidence, precision, and pride
• Maintain station prep and deliver consistent quality throughout the shift
• Follow Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meet quality standards
• Uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
• Support the wider kitchen team and contribute to a great shift atmosphere

What Rudy's Needs

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure - and enjoy doing it
• Experience as a Pizza Chef - Neapolitan preferred but not essential
• Team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
