Lead a Major Oracle Fusion Reporting Transformation

We are seeking an experienced BI/Reporting Lead to join a high-profile transformation programme within the insurance sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Business Intelligence and Reporting domain, defining and delivering the reporting strategy for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. Working closely with business stakeholders, programme leadership and technical teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how data and insights are leveraged across the organisation.

The successful candidate will combine strong reporting and analytics expertise with deep Oracle Fusion ERP knowledge and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.

The Role

As the BI/Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for defining and leading the reporting workstream, ensuring reporting capabilities align with business objectives and support effective decision-making across the programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and owning the reporting and analytics strategy for the programme

• Leading the BI and Reporting domain across the Oracle Fusion ERP landscape

• Engaging with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Designing reporting frameworks, KPIs and management information capabilities

• Providing leadership and direction across reporting, analytics and data workstreams

• Ensuring reporting solutions align with business processes and organisational objectives

• Supporting governance, reporting standards and best practices

• Working closely with functional, technical and data teams throughout the programme life cycle

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading BI, Reporting or Analytics workstreams within large transformation programmes

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)

  • Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC)

• Experience defining reporting strategies, frameworks and governance models

• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills

• Experience gathering and translating business reporting requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions

• Experience working within complex programme environments

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within the Insurance sector

• Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or transformation programmes

• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

• Data warehousing and enterprise reporting solutions

• Finance, HR or ERP reporting environments
