About Your New Job as Bioprocessing Team Leader:

• Responsibility for ensuring that GMP products are manufactured according to the agreed schedule.
• Work collaboratively to deliver manufacturing performance targets, solve problems, and remove barriers.
• Manage a team of Bioprocessing Scientists and Manufacturing Technicians, providing training, support, motivation, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Ensure the team understands safety hazards and controls, perform risk assessments, and maintain inspection readiness.
• Lead Quality issue first response during bioprocessing, ensure GMP compliance, and manage documentation and training.
• Champion continuous improvement within the team, maintaining high standards for quality-critical manufacturing activities.

What Skills You Need as Bioprocessing Team Leader:

• Proven experience in managing advanced biochemical drug substance manufacturing to cGMP requirements.
• Strong background in managing operational health and safety in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing operational and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage risk effectively.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and use intuition and experience to complement data.
• Skilled in structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
