Biology Scientific Expert - Fungicide, Insecticide, Seedcare contract opportunity to join our Stein based client in the Agricultural and Chemical sector.

Your tasks:

• Ability to work in Matrix organisation
• Own contribution to delivery of projects.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Apprenticeship in Agrobiology or other technical discipline/BMS or BSc in agrobiology disciplines or equivalent professional education
• 2-3 years of experience in lab positions
• Leads internally according to the leadership model
• Some expertise in Crop protection experimentation
• Eager to continuously learn and advance own (and others) knowledge
• Share knowledge in team, group & project team.
• Ability to connect across functions and indications
• Adapts to change in Syngenta and is able to communicate positively but honestly with team.
• Good knowledge of English language written and spoken (Level B1 or above)

Your soft skills:

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organization and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
