Bin Loader - Refuse Loader

We're looking for reliable, punctual, and hard-working team players to join our friendly refuse collection crew in Swadlincote.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping the local community by working alongside the refuse lorry team, collecting household and garden waste bins.

Duration: This role offers ongoing work.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This role pays £12.82 an hour, with overtime (after 37.5 hours in a week) at time 1/2.Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday role.06:00 finishing around 14:30.

Closing Date:

Operatives need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions, performing manual tasks, and being on your feet throughout the shift. We have a fantastic team of loaders who take pride in their work; we expect applicants to match their dedication, reliability, and team spirit.
