We are now recruiting for the exciting role of BIM Engineer, to be involved in an industry-leading, cutting-edge design project for a new type of power station.
Reporting to the Configuration Manager, the BIM Engineer will be responsible for embedding and executing BIM engineering throughout the organisation. This role is key to the successful delivery of the integrated federated product and programme in an efficient manner, and provides the opportunity to develop holistic knowledge of the power station design, as well as the opportunity to influence and improve our information management framework.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination: Ensure all disciplines involved in the project are working together effectively and aligning their efforts.
- Project Lifecycle: A thorough understanding of the BIM project lifecycle, from initial design to construction and handover.
- Project BIM Execution Plan: Understand and implement the project's BIM execution plan, including standards, procedures, and workflows.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Analytical Skills: Use analytical skills to identify issues, analyse data, and make informed decisions.

Pay and Benefits:
- Salary of £40,000 - £52,500 DOE plus:
- Bonus - Performance-related target opportunity 12.5%
- Benefits Allowance - £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days
