We're working with a leading national business to recruit an experienced Billing Administrator to join their finance team in Eccles.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with large volumes of data and takes pride in getting the detail right. You'll play a key role in ensuring billing processes are completed accurately and on time, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing customer billing and invoicing accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Reviewing billing information and investigating any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate customer and account records
- Resolving invoice and account queries from both customers and internal teams
- Supporting month-end billing activities
- Ensuring data accuracy across finance systems
- Producing reports and assisting with billing analysis where required
- Working closely with Finance, Customer Services, Sales and Operational teams
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Billing, Finance Administration, Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator who can build positive relationships across the business
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Comfortable working with financial data and large volumes of information
Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems
SAP experience would be advantageous
