We're working with a leading national business to recruit an experienced Billing Administrator to join their finance team in Eccles.

You'll play a key role in ensuring billing processes are completed accurately and on time, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing customer billing and invoicing accurately and within agreed deadlines
• Reviewing billing information and investigating any discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate customer and account records
• Resolving invoice and account queries from both customers and internal teams
• Supporting month-end billing activities
• Ensuring data accuracy across finance systems
• Producing reports and assisting with billing analysis where required
• Working closely with Finance, Customer Services, Sales and Operational teams
• Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Billing, Finance Administration, Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger role

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident communicator who can build positive relationships across the business

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Comfortable working with financial data and large volumes of information

Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems

SAP experience would be advantageous
