Bilingual Premium Support Specialist - English & French

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist, Premium Support for a remote role based in Ireland. You will provide end-to-end customer service to guests and hosts, managing high-priority cases with discretion and confidentiality, in English and French.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multicultural hospitality customer service, excellent verbal and written English and French, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
