Bilingual Passenger Services Agent (Japanese) - Heathrow

JAC Recruitment is recruiting a Passenger Service Agent at Heathrow Airport. This 2-year fixed-term contract requires 37.5 hours per week with rotating shifts, starting October/November 2025. Salary ranges 30,000-33,000 GBP per year, plus a non-guaranteed bonus equivalent to about one month's salary.

Responsibilities include greeting passengers, handling checks-in, ticketing, VIP meet-and-greet, and flight/baggage support. Fluent English required; Japanese language is an advantage.
